This is a capture of a colorful morning over Long Island's Great South Bay. This November glow occurred at Patchogue's Mascot Dock.

From the moment that I acquired my first gear, a vintage 120 mm box camera, I have been a hopeless shutterbug. My favorite subject is, and has always been, the wildlife and coastal regions of Long Island. I am constantly striving to capture the raw beauty of this dynamic landscape. Many of my photographs are the result of careful planning for the best light in the most opportune geographic location.
